EVENT RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Pre Registration is Open until we hit our MAX. We highly suggest Pre Registering

  • All sales are final. NO Refunds. NO Transfers.

  • Show is rain or shine.

  • You must provide your driver’s license when checking in at the show registration area.

  • No trailers inside show grounds.

  • Trailer Parking Is Located at the Appliance Liquidation Outlet off Carolina St and is purchased through them.

  • No BURNOUTS. No stock vehicles. No Vulgar Music.

  • All BBQ pits must have a fire extinguisher and event approval.

  • All Tents Must be properly weighted and secured.

  • Show Truck General Registration starts at $60 and includes (2) weekend wristbands.

  • Club Reserved Parking is for Larger Clubs with Tents Only.

  • Spectator Pass is $10. 

  • If the event has to be rescheduled, all registrations and tickets will roll over to the new event date, which will be determined at a later time.

  • No Golf Carts/ATVs/Side by Side unless REGISTERED.

  • Zero Tolerance on Show Grounds for excessive speed, reckless driving, fighting, illicit behavior, or underage drinking.

  • Please Keep your area clean.
